Dose rate & administration
1 mL per 10 kg by subcutaneous (SC) injection on the side of the neck, approximately 5 cm from the base of the ear. Do not re-treat for at least 91 days. Do not use in ewes producing milk for human consumption. Minimum bodyweight 10 kg.

Tips for Best Results
- Weigh animals accurately — never estimate liveweight. Underdosing is a leading driver of drench resistance in sheep flocks. Dose the entire mob to the weight of the heaviest animal.
- Macrocyclic Lactone (ML) resistance awareness — while moxidectin is the most potent ML and can kill worms resistant to ivermectin and abamectin, ML resistance in barber's pole worm is present and spreading in Queensland. Use a combination drench or concurrent drench from another chemical group (e.g. a BZ or LEV) to reduce selection pressure, as recommended by WormBoss.
- Preserve refugia — WormBoss advises leaving a proportion of the mob undrenched (low-risk animals) where possible, to maintain a population of worms in refugia not exposed to the drench. This slows the development of resistance across the flock.
- Target high-risk mobs first — this product is particularly suited to lactating ewes and merino weaners, and highly contaminated pastures where larval burdens are expected to be elevated.
- Storage — store as directed on the label, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Record the batch number, date of treatment, number of animals treated, and mob details for your flock health records and withholding period compliance.
