Click & Collect — Gympie

Order online and collect in person from our Gympie store — no freight, no waiting on a courier.

How It Works

1. Shop online — add items to your cart and select Click & Collect at checkout.
2. We'll let you know it's ready — once your order is confirmed and stock is available, we'll email you that it's ready for collection.
3. Pick up at the store — bring your order confirmation and photo ID to the counter.

Sending Someone Else to Collect?

No problem — whoever collects just needs to show your order confirmation (a screenshot on their phone is perfect) or quote your order number, name, and phone number.

Collection Fee

Click & Collect is free on orders of $175 or more. Orders under $175 incur a $10 handling fee, shown at checkout.

How Long We Hold Your Order

Please collect your order within 5 business days of receiving your "ready to collect" email. Can't make it in time? Just call us on (07) 5482 1692 before the 5 business days are up and we'll happily hold it longer.

Uncollected Orders

If we haven't heard from you and your order is still uncollected after 5 business days, we'll cancel it, return the goods to stock, and refund the amount paid to your original payment method. We're a rural supplies store, not a long-term holding warehouse — this keeps stock moving and available for everyone.

Vaccines & Cold-Chain Products

Vaccines and refrigerated animal health products are available for Click & Collect only and cannot be shipped. For product safety and efficacy, these must be collected the same day or by prior arrangement and are not held under the standard 5-business-day window.
