Can't find what you're looking for? Tom Grady Rural Merchandise can source a wide range of agricultural products not listed on our website. If it's used on a farm in Australia, there's a good chance we can get it.
What We Can Special Order
- Agricultural chemicals and veterinary products
- Fencing materials in non-standard sizes or quantities
- Bulk quantities of stockfeed, fertiliser, or seed
- Specialised farm equipment and machinery parts
- Products from brands we stock but in variants not listed online
How to Place a Special Order
- Contact us — call (07) 5482 1692 or send us a message with the product details (brand, product name, size, quantity).
- We'll confirm availability and pricing — lead times vary from 1–5 business days for most products.
- Pay a deposit or full amount — a deposit may be required for large or custom orders.
- Collect or receive delivery — we'll contact you when your order arrives.
Collecting Your Special Order
Once your special order arrives, we'll contact you and hold it for 14 days. If you need us to hold it longer, just let us know and we'll arrange it.
Changing Your Mind
Special-order items over $100 may incur a 15% restocking fee at our discretion, plus any restocking or return-freight cost charged by our supplier. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Planning a big season? Talk to us about bulk pricing on chemicals, fertilisers, stockfeed, and fencing. We work with many producers across Wide Bay and can offer competitive pricing on large orders.
