CATTLEGUARD POUR-ON FOR CATTLE AND RED DEER contains 5 g/L moxidectin and comes ready to use as a clear solution.
For the treatment and control of moxidectin sensitive internal and external parasites of cattle and for the treatment and control of lungworm and gastrointestinal roundworms of red deer.
Dose and application
1mL per 10 kg liveweight, applied along the top of the back from the withers to the base of the tail. Dose rate should be based on the heaviest animal in each group (bulls, cows, steers, calves, etc.).
Restraints
Do not retreat deer within 60 days.
CATTLEGUARD can be used in lactating dairy cattle, but DO NOT TREAT LACTATING CATTLE AT LESS THAN 21 DAY INTERVALS.
Do not apply at the same time as any other pour-on product.
Extremely toxic to aquatic species. DO NOT contaminate dams, rivers, streams or other waterways with the chemical or used container.
