CroPro Pounce Insecticide is a contact and residual synthetic pyrethroid insecticide for the control of certain caterpillar and aphid pests of cereals, field peas, linseed, mustard, ornamentals, rhubarb, sugar cane, tobacco & vegetables.
Thorough spray coverage of crops is essential to ensure adequate control. Pounce can be used as a protective treatment when applied at regular intervals or as a knockdown treatment to control existing larvae.
Pests on the label include: cabbage moth (Plutella xylostella), cabbage white butterfly (Pieris rapae), cabbage cluster caterpillar (Crocidolomia binotalis), cabbage aphid (Brevicoryne brassicae), green peach aphid (Myzus persicae), cluster caterpillar (Spodoptera litura), native budworm (Helicoverpa punctigera), tomato grub and tobacco budworm (Helicoverpa armigera), Heliothis (Helicoverpa spp.), potato moth (Phthorimaea operculella), common armyworm (Mythimna convecta), southern armyworm (Persectania ewingii), northern armyworm (Leucania separata), sugarcane armyworm (Leucania stenographa), sugarcane looper (Mocis frugalis), green looper (Chrysodeixis spp.), light brown apple moth (Epiphyas postvittana), lucerne leafroller (Merophyas divulsana), citrus leaf miner, webworm (Hednota spp.) and cutworms.
