Situations: protection of structures from subterranean termite damage (soil treated zones around existing buildings and structures, poles and fence posts, nests in poles and trees, wall cavity treatment); external areas and surrounds of domestic, commercial, public and industrial buildings and structures; recreational, domestic and commercial turf. Pests: subterranean termites; nuisance ants and nesting ants including red imported fire ant, domestic cockroaches, web-spinning spiders, daddy-long-legs spiders, millipedes, pill bugs, house crickets, earwigs and houseflies; in turf Argentine stem weevil, ants, funnel ants and mole crickets (APVMA 68398).

Termite soil treated zones: mix 600 mL in 100 L water (0.06% a.i. mix) and apply to form a continuous chemical soil treated zone (horizontal and vertical or as an external perimeter). Horizontal zones: apply 5 L of prepared spray per square metre of soil. Vertical zones: apply at least 100 L of prepared spray per cubic metre of soil. Licensed Pest Control Operators installing a chemical soil treated zone around an existing building should be familiar with Australian Standard 3660.2. Poles and fence posts: create a continuous treated zone 450 mm deep and 150 mm wide around the post or pole by trenching and puddle treating the backfill, using 100 L of prepared spray per cubic metre of soil. Wall cavity treatment: 6 mL in 1 L water. Nuisance ants (external areas and surrounds of buildings and structures): 6 mL in 1 L of water at 1 L of prepared suspension per 25 lineal metres, treating surfaces 300 mm out from where the building or structure touches the ground. Nesting ants (spot application in domestic situations): 6 mL in 1 L of water at 1 L of prepared suspension per 16 m2 (60 mL per m2), treating the nest entrance or mound and where ants are active away from the nest. Cockroaches: 6 mL in 1 L of water; treat external surfaces 300 mm up and 300 mm out from where the building or structure touches the ground. Turf (recreational turf including bowling greens, golf courses, parks and playing fields, domestic turf and commercial turf farms): Argentine stem weevil 750 mL/ha (7.5 mL/100 m2); nuisance ants, nesting ants and funnel ants 600 mL/ha (6 mL/100 m2); mole cricket 300 mL/ha (3 mL/100 m2). Spray evenly over the turf surface at the first sign of pest activity and incorporate with at least 6 mm of rainfall or overhead irrigation immediately after application. Domestic turf: for use by authorised lawn-care specialists only. Turf restraints: do not apply with aircraft or through any type of irrigation equipment; do not apply using hand-held equipment; do not apply more than twice a year. Do not graze treated turf or feed turf clippings from any treated area to poultry or livestock. Termite treatments and urban uses: do not apply to excessively wet soils, immediately after or during heavy rain, to avoid runoff of the chemical. Do not apply at less than label rates. Highly toxic to fish and aquatic organisms - do not apply to areas where surface water is present. Do not allow public access or entry into treated areas until the spray has dried.
