Surefire Fipronil Granular Ant Killer contains 0.25 g/kg fipronil.
Fast acting, non repellent control of ants in turf, external surrounds of buildings and structures as per the Directions For Use.
Turf (lawns, commercial turf farms, parks, recreational areas, golf courses, bowling greens, sports fields): funnel ants. External surrounds of buildings and structures (gardens, lawns, ant nests, trails): nuisance ants including Red Imported Fire Ants.

Where can Surefire Fipronil Granular Ant Killer be used?
In turf (lawns, commercial turf farms, parks, recreational areas, golf courses, bowling greens, sports fields) and the external surrounds of buildings and structures. The label says DO NOT apply inside buildings.
What rate do I use?
75 - 150 kg/ha (0.75 – 1.5 kg/100 m²) for funnel ants in turf and for nuisance ants in external surrounds of buildings and structures. For external surrounds, use the high rate for heavy infestations and for maximum residual control, and the low rate for maintenance situations or to control light infestations.
How often can I reapply for funnel ants?
Inspect treatment areas for continuing activity. If required, repeat applications may be made at 2-month intervals up to a maximum of 5 applications per year. The treatment area must be irrigated with up to 4 mm of water immediately after application.
What safety directions apply?
Will irritate the eyes. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands after use.
