Always read the current registered product label before use. Withholding periods must be observed before slaughter, milking, or egg collection. The label supplied with the product is the legal document and takes precedence. If in doubt, contact TGRM on (07) 5482 1692 or the manufacturer directly.

Host: Almonds, avocados, chestnuts, citrus, cucurbits, grapes, macadamias, ornamentals, pineapples, poppies, subterranean clover, walnuts. Target: Phytophthora root, collar, crown and trunk rots (control or suppression by crop) and downy mildew (grapes, cucurbits, poppies)

Phosfusion 600 is applied by the method registered for each crop – the label rates differ materially between methods and crops, so refer to the registered label table before use. Examples from the label: foliar sprays at 170–825 mL per 100 L of water depending on the crop (e.g. macadamias and citrus at the lower end, avocados at the higher end); grapes and cucurbits at a per-hectare rate adjusted to canopy size; almonds by soil/irrigation drench at 5.2 L/ha; avocados, macadamias, walnuts and chestnuts by trunk injection at 5–20 mL per metre of canopy diameter; walnuts by microjet/root-zone application. Half-fill the tank with clean water, add the required amount, top up and maintain agitation. Do not apply by aircraft, do not apply under high temperatures or to stressed plants, apply only in winds of 3–20 km/h and observe the 15 m buffer to aquatic areas. Observe the state restrictions and withholding periods on the label for each crop (nil to 28 days; poppies 6 weeks).

Always read the current registered product label before use. Dose rates and withholding periods on this page are provided as a guide only. The registered label supplied with the product is the legal document and takes precedence. If in doubt, contact TGRM on (07) 5482 1692 or the manufacturer directly.

Apply preventatively when disease pressure is rising rather than after symptoms appear; for tree crops match the method (foliar, trunk injection or root-zone) to the label for that crop and do not exceed the label number of applications. Phosphonates are Group 33 fungicides – rotate with other groups for downy mildew.

Common Questions

What diseases does Phosfusion control?

Phosfusion 600 provides effective control of Downy Mildew and Phytophthora species on a wide range of crops and other plants.

How does Phosfusion work?

Phosfusion 600 contains phosphorous (phosphite) and potassium in a unique formulation that acts systemically, moving throughout the plant to protect all diseased parts. It also activates the plant's natural defence systems and stimulates plant vigour.

Can I tank-mix Phosfusion with other chemicals?

Yes, Phosfusion 600 can be applied with a wide range of other agricultural chemicals. This can help reduce the number of separate spray applications needed. However, always refer to the product label and check compatibility before mixing, and contact your agronomist or TGRM on (07) 5482 1692 if you're unsure.

What form does Phosfusion come in?

Phosfusion 600 is supplied as a 20 litre free-flowing liquid formulation with a concentration of 600g/L phosphorous. The clear liquid consistency makes it easy to decant into spray equipment and mixing tanks, and the high concentration means you need less product per application.

Where can I find the label and safety information?

The product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) contain essential information about application rates, safety directions, withholding periods and mixing instructions. Always read and follow the registered label before use. If you need help locating these documents, contact TGRM on (07) 5482 1692 or visit 55 Tozer Street, Gympie.
