What is K-Ethephon used for?
It is a growth regulator containing 480 g/L ethephon, for crop thinning, loosening or ripening in various crops as specified in the Directions for Use table on the registered label: apples, table grapes, wine grapes, mandarins, oranges, macadamia nuts, peaches, pineapples, sugarcane and tomatoes.
What are the withholding periods?
Apples, macadamia nuts, pineapples, tomatoes, wine grapes: do not apply later than 7 days before harvest. Table grapes: do not apply later than 14 days before harvest. Peaches and sugar cane: do not apply later than 6 weeks before harvest.
What safety gear do I need?
When preparing the spray and using the prepared spray, wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist, elbow length PVC gloves, and face shield or goggles. Wash hands after use. If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26.
Do you ship this product Australia-wide?
