Grazon Extra Herbicide is for the control of a range of environmental and noxious woody and herbaceous weeds as specified in the Directions for Use.
Situations: agricultural non-crop areas, commercial and industrial areas, forests, pastures and rights-of-way; agricultural non-crop areas on flood plains; fallow.
Application methods on the label: high volume spraying (hand-gun, knapsack and 12 volt sprayer packs), aerial application, boom application and blanket wiper application.
Weeds listed for high volume spraying include: African boxthorn, Angophora spp., Australian blackthorn, Banksia spp., biddy bush, blackberry (in association with docks, ragwort, smartweed and thistles), blue heliotrope, brooms (Cape, English, flax leaf, Montpellier), camphor laurel, capeweed, Casuarina spp., chinee apple, cockspur thorn, common sensitive plant, crofton weed, eastern cotton bush, Eucalyptus spp., fireweed, galenia, giant bramble, gorse, groundsel bush, green cestrum, hawthorn, horehound, Japanese sunflower, lantana, lion's tail, limebush, manuka, mesquite, milfoil, mistflower, mother-of-millions, Paddy's lucerne, parkinsonia, Paterson's curse, prickly pear (common), rubber vine (not infected with rust), Siam weed, sicklepod, spear thistle, St John's wort, sweet briar, tobacco weed, tropical soda apple, wattle (Acacia spp.) (except corkwood wattle), wild rosemary and wild tobacco tree.
Grasses are normally unaffected and establish quickly after treatment. Picloram and aminopyralid can remain active in the soil for extended periods depending on soil type and application rate, rainfall, temperature, humidity, soil moisture and soil organic matter.

What does Grazon Extra control?
