GP Flupropanate is suitable to be applied in its granular form by hand, ground or by air (helicopter and fixed wing aircraft).
Areas receiving blanket treatment are not to be grazed or cut for stock feed for 4 months after
treatment.

GP Flupropanate is a granular residual herbicide (86.9 g/kg flupropanate) applied dry by hand, ground spreader or aircraft to invasive perennial grasses in pastures, non-crop, roadside, reserve and forestry situations. Rates are weed- and situation-specific on the registered label: blanket ground applications range from 15 kg/ha up to 67.5 kg/ha (aerial 15–22.5 kg/ha), and spot applications from 1.5 to 6.75 g per square metre of infested area – refer to the label table for the rate for your target grass. Spread evenly over the target area; flupropanate is taken up by the roots, so sufficient moisture is required after treatment and control of existing growth takes 3–12 months depending on weather conditions. Do not apply near desirable susceptible trees and do not allow drift onto susceptible crops or ornamentals. Withholding: do not graze or cut for stock feed for 14 days after spot treatment or 4 months after any other treatment; stock grazed after those periods must be on clean feed for 14 days before slaughter or milking for human consumption. Length of residual control depends on soil type and rainfall.
