Can I use it with my phone?
Yes. The W-0 has Bluetooth connectivity and works with the free Gallagher Animal Performance mobile app. Weights are sent to your phone as soon as they're recorded. If you want to link weights to animal IDs using a Handheld EID reader, you'll need an Animal Performance Plus subscription.
How long does the battery last?
The W-0 has an internal rechargeable battery that operates for up to 30 hours.
Can I install it permanently or use it temporarily?
Either way works. The scale comes with a mounting bracket and hardware if you want to set it up permanently, but it can also sit flat or be used handheld on a temporary basis.
