Bectyl Electrolyte, B Group and Vitamin E Oral Paste for Horses. For animal treatment only.
The label says: "Bectyl is a concentrated oral paste formulation of electrolytes, B Group vitamins and Vitamin E to supplement the diet of performance horses engaged in strenuous exercise or during and after transport, where these nutrients may be limiting." Carton panels add: "Replenish electrolytes and vitamins after strenuous exercise, transport and during hot weather."
Each 60 mL contains: Chloride 18.6g, Potassium 7.2g, Magnesium 5.8g, Sodium 5.6g, Vitamin E 2.2g, Calcium 1.6g, Niacin 360mg, Sulphate 340mg, Zinc 230mg, Calcium pantothenate 160mg, Vitamin B2 120mg, Vitamin B1 100mg, Folic acid 28mg, Vitamin B6 7.5mg, Vitamin B12 0.81mg, also contains total citrates 2.0g.
Dosage and administration: Administer once daily as required after exercise or transport. Each 60 mL syringe contains two 30 mL doses for a 500 kg horse. Administer orally over the back of the tongue. Always ensure access to drinking water after dosing.
Precaution: If used on performance animals, regulations of relevant authorities regarding medications should be observed.
