Dilute UDDERSAN 20LT Iodophor Teat Sanitiser according to product label specifications, typically at 0.5-1% concentration in potable water at 65-75°C for optimal efficacy. Circulate the solution through all milking equipment including clusters, lines, and vat for the recommended contact time as per manufacturer instructions. After the sanitiser cycle completes, thoroughly rinse all equipment with potable water before the next milking to remove all chemical residue. For best results, alternate this sanitiser with acid rinses once or twice weekly to remove milkstone and mineral buildup. Tips: Always add the chemical to water, never add water to the chemical, to prevent dangerous reactions and ensure safe mixing. Maintain water temperature within the recommended range on the product label, as cooler water reduces cleaning effectiveness. Never mix UDDERSAN with acid or alkaline cleaning chemicals—use them only as part of a separate, sequential cleaning cycle to avoid hazardous chemical reactions.
