Austrazole Topical Fungicide for Dogs and Horses contains enilconazole 100 mg/mL.
For the control of ringworm (Microsporum spp. and Trichophyton spp.) and other forms of dermatomycosis in dogs and horses.
Enilconazole is a synthetic antimycotic with potent antifungal actions against dermatophytes.
Dilution
Dilute 1 part Austrazole topical fungicide in 50 parts of lukewarm water (to 20 mL of Austrazole topical fungicide add lukewarm water and make up to 1 litre).
Treatment regimen
Treat twice weekly for two weeks (4 treatments). First and fourth treatments: wash the entire animal with the emulsion. Second and third treatments: apply emulsion to ringworm lesions.
Withholding period
Meat withholding period (horses): DO NOT USE less than 28 days before slaughter for human consumption.

What is Austrazole used for?
It is for the control of ringworm (Microsporum spp. and Trichophyton spp.) and other forms of dermatomycosis in dogs and horses.
How do I mix it?
Dilute 1 part Austrazole topical fungicide in 50 parts of lukewarm water (20 mL made up to 1 litre). Make up only the quantity needed to treat the animal immediately and discard any unused diluted wash after application.
How often do I treat?
Treat twice weekly for two weeks (4 treatments). Wash the entire animal at the first and fourth treatments and apply the emulsion to ringworm lesions at the second and third treatments.
Should I treat equipment too?
Yes. To help prevent re-infection and contamination by ringworm spores, wash or spray all equipment used on the affected animal with the diluted emulsion, such as saddles, girth straps, bridles and riding boots for horses, or brushes, baskets, blankets and collars for dogs.
