Unroll the wire and use it to secure fencing wire to posts by wrapping it around the post and the main fence wire 2-3 times, then twisting the free end back on itself to lock it in place. Use fencing pliers to cut cleanly and get leverage when twisting. This 10kg / 160m roll suits larger fence runs where you'll use a high volume of tie wire. Tips: Pre-cut your tie wire lengths before starting a long fence run to speed up the job rather than measuring and cutting as you go. Keep consistent tension across all ties so your wire runs straight and evenly supported between posts. Store the roll in a dry location — wet storage will start the rust process from the inside of the coil outward where you can't see it.
