Whites traditional 5kg and 10kg tie wire coils are soft and easy to use and come in a wide variety of diameters to cover various applications.

The wire is galvanised to resist corrosion.

The packs are convenient enough to carry yet contain sufficient wire for most applications around the work-site, office, home or farm.

Unroll the wire and thread it through your strainer posts and standards, keeping it relatively straight as you go. Use the wire to secure your top and bottom strands to posts by wrapping it around 2-3 times and twisting the end back on itself firmly. Work your way along the fence line, keeping tension even so the wire doesn't sag or create weak points where stock can push through. Tips: Don't over-twist the wire when securing it to posts—two full wraps is usually enough, otherwise you'll weaken the wire and it'll snap under load. Keep a pair of fencing pliers handy to cut and twist cleanly; rough breaks will unravel faster when the stock leans on the fence. Store your roll under cover away from rain and direct sun, as rust will creep in fast and make the wire brittle.
