Waratah Fencing Post Clip Longlife Blue 300 Pack

Slide the clip over your fencing wire and position it onto the post at your desired height, making sure the wire sits firmly in the clip's groove. Push the clip down onto the post with steady pressure until it's seated properly and won't slide. For best results on timber posts, space clips 300-400mm apart depending on wire tension and stock type. On steel posts, ensure clips are positioned to grip securely without damaging the post surface. Tips: Don't over-tighten clips on high-tensile wire as this can cause kinking and weaken the wire. In hot Queensland sun, check your clips every few months as timber posts can shrink slightly, so you may need to tighten them up. Use consistent spacing between clips for a neater fence and more even load distribution across the wire.
