Spreadwet 1000 5L Wetting Agent

General purpose wetting and spreading agent: general weedkilling sprays; Paraquat & Diquat; soil residual herbicides e.g. Diuron Flowable herbicide; firefighting (see registered label APVMA 48869).

General purpose wetting and spreading agent. For use with insecticides, fungicides and herbicides. General weedkilling sprays: high volume power spray 10 mL/100 L; low volume boom spray 40 mL/100 L; misting machines 5 mL/5 L; knapsack 2 mL/15 L. Paraquat & Diquat: high volume power spray 120 mL/100 L; boom spray 120 mL/100 L; knapsack 20 mL/15 L. Label comment for this use: under very high dilution rates for maximum efficiency, a higher rate of Spreadwet 1000 is used to ensure even coverage of plant foliage and to increase absorption. Soil residual herbicides e.g. Diuron Flowable herbicide: 100-400 mL/100 L. When applying soil active herbicides such as Diuron flowable herbicides to standing weeds add Spreadwet 1000 to thoroughly wet foliage. Check specific product labels for individual recommendations. Firefighting: water tanker 5 mL/100 L; knapsack 2 mL/15 L. Spreadwet 1000 increases the wetting power of water which assists in quick control and mopping up of fires. Spreadwet 1000 can be added to all herbicide sprays to increase their efficiency but may not be required with formulations that are known to contain adequate wetting agent. Wetter should be added only where directed on individual labels, as used with selective herbicides outside label directions may reduce crop selectivity. Spreadwet 1000 mixes easily with water and should be added directly to the spraytank after the addition of other components.
