Mount the control valve in the spray line between the pump and the spray outlets. Connect the pump feed to the 19mm inlet, run each 13mm outlet to its spray line, and return the 13mm bypass to the tank (in most cases through the agitator). Set the adjustable pressure regulator to your target pressure using the glycerine-filled gauge, staying within the 14 Bar (218 psi) maximum. Use the two on/off directional levers to turn each outlet on or off independently, and move to the bypass lock position to divert flow back to the tank when you are not spraying. Tips: Match the valve to a pump of around 40 L/min (for example the BP20/15) for correct performance. Prime the system and check every hose connection for leaks before pressurising. Flush the valve through with clean water after using chemical to protect the seals and gauge.
