Silvan Service Kit for Spray Gun 410-60

Before servicing, fully depressurise the sprayer and disconnect the spray gun from the hose. Work over a clean surface so the small components are not lost. Dismantle the Silvan 410-60 spray gun, noting the order and orientation of each part as you remove it. Replace the worn seals, O-rings, gaskets, springs and valve components with the matching new parts from this kit, then reassemble the gun in reverse order. A light smear of a compatible grease on seals and O-rings can aid assembly and sealing. Once reassembled, reconnect the gun, pressurise with clean water and check for leaks and correct trigger action before returning it to chemical use. Tips: Keep the old parts beside the new ones as you work so each component goes back in the correct position.
