Why a 27mm pin on a 25NB gate? 25NB gates used to suit a 25mm pin, however the newer standard gates have thinner walls. With a 25mm pin in these gates, the gate will move around a fair bit; a 27mm pin gives a nicer and tighter fit with your 25NB gate.
