Feeding recommendations: Equi-Jewel is suitable for all horses from 6 months of age requiring a highly digestible source of fat. Mix the required amount each day in combination with the current feeding program.

Feed 250 g-1.5 kg for a 350 kg-500 kg horse.
Feed 500 g-2 kg for a 500 kg horse.

Why is the rice bran stabilised?
KER explains that removing the bran from rice releases lipase, which turns the oil rancid. Heat and pressure soon after separation destroys the lipase, which gives Equi-Jewel its palatability and long shelf life.
