GP Regain 200 is a high quality, Australian made tebuthiuron granule for the control of invasive woody weeds, such as brigalow, eucalypt suckers, tea tree regrowth and prickly acacia.
GP Regain 200 can be applied at any time of the year, however applications made prior to seasonal rainfall give the most rapid response.
Control may persist for up to 2 years, depending on local conditions
Aerial application of herbicide is the preferred method of control because of the need to treat, large pastoral areas, rough or steep terrain, and/or country that is timbered.
Ground applications are not well suited to these conditions, tend to be expensive and labour intense, and take a considerable amount of time.

Regain 200 is a dry granule applied to the soil beneath the target trees or woody weeds. Broadcast by ground or air: brigalow regrowth 7.5–15 kg/ha; tea tree regrowth 5–7.5 kg/ha; parkinsonia 10–15 kg/ha; prickly acacia 7.5–15 kg/ha; Mimosa pigra 5–10 kg/ha. Hand application: 1–1.5 g of granules per square metre of the area under and around the canopy of the target plant (prickly acacia 1.5 g/m²; Mimosa pigra 1 g/m²). Regain 200 may be applied at any time of year; it becomes effective only after sufficient rainfall carries it into the root zone, so applications before seasonal rain give the fastest response. DO NOT apply within 100 m of a recognised watercourse, on slopes greater than 20%, on salt- or erosion-prone areas, or on land to be put under field crops within 5 years; tebuthiuron kills desirable trees whose roots reach treated soil. Poisonous plants may become more palatable after treatment – keep stock away until treated vegetation dies down. No withholding period when used as directed. Refer to the registered label.
