Directions for Use This reel comes pre-wound with 600m of Turbo Braided Wire (2.5mm), ready to roll out straight away. 1. Attach the reel securely to a fence post or your bike using the large hook and transport lock. 2. Connect the free end of the wire to your energiser and earth system before you begin unrolling. 3. Walk or ride out your fence line, letting the reel unwind smoothly. The impact-resistant reel guide helps keep the wire feeding cleanly without tangling. 4. Attach the wire to insulators on your posts, keeping it taut but not over-stretched. Space insulators to suit your terrain and the stock you're containing. 5. Once your run is complete, secure the wire at the far end. For strip grazing, step-in posts with suitable insulators work well for temporary subdivisions that can be adjusted and moved easily. 6. When finished, wind the wire back onto the reel using the long crank arm and heavy-duty gearbox. Tips: Turbo Braided Wire is a poly conductor, so make sure your energiser is rated for braided wire and has adequate output for your fence length — check your energiser's specifications or contact the manufacturer if you're unsure. Keep the wire clear of grass and weeds where possible, as vegetation contact will drain power and reduce the effectiveness of the fence.
