What size is this rainwater tank and where can I put it?
This is a 550 litre tank with a low profile design. It's 910 mm tall and 1050 mm in diameter, so it suits smaller spaces while still giving you decent water storage. The corrugated design looks good and fits the Australian style. It comes with built-in lifting lugs to make positioning easier.
Is the water safe to drink from this tank?
Yes. The tank is manufactured from food-grade UV stabilised polyethylene, so your drinking water is free of fibre, taste and odour. It comes with an inlet strainer and dust cover to keep the water clean and stop algae growing.
What's included with the tank?
You get an inlet strainer and dust cover, two 1½" outlets for connecting your downpipes or linking tanks together, a 90 mm overflow kit (unfitted, so you can plumb it with standard 90 mm storm water pipe), and a ¾" tap.
