What's this pump designed for?
This is a Silvan 12V diesel transfer pump. It's built to suit diesel PowerFeatures and transfers diesel fuel efficiently.
What are the inlet and outlet sizes?
Both the inlet and outlet are 3/4" female BSP connections.
How much power does it need, and what comes with it?
It runs on 12V and draws a maximum of 22 Amp. It comes with a 4m diesel tank battery cable fitted with diesel tank Alligator clips, so you can connect it straight to your battery and tank.
What does "self-priming" mean?
Self-priming means the pump can start and draw fuel without being manually filled first. It has an internal 3-minute pressure bypass to help it prime itself when you first run it.
Do you ship this product Australia-wide?
Yes, but freight on this product is quoted individually rather than calculated at checkout.
