This P2 pre-filter is designed for use with a half-mask respirator body (not as a standalone mask). Attach the filter securely to the respirator inlet according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring a tight seal. Check the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS Section 8) of the pesticide or herbicide being used to confirm the correct cartridge type is required — P2 filters alone do NOT protect against chemical vapours. Replace the filter immediately if you detect any chemical smell inside the mask, or after 8 hours of continuous exposure, whichever comes first. Tips: A proper face seal is essential — ensure your face is clean-shaven (beards and stubble prevent effective sealing) and the respirator is correctly sized and fitted.
