Heavy Wall Galvanized Pipe is for general mechanical and low pressure reticulation applications, is manufactured by cold-forming and high frequency Electric Resistance Welding.

The cold-forming process enhances the strength, hardness and surface finish of the pipe and produces product to tight dimensional tolerances.

Cut the 32NB galvanised pipe to length using an angle grinder or pipe cutter. Weld or bolt as required for your gate post, stay, or structural application. Treat all cut ends with cold galv spray to maintain corrosion protection at the exposed steel. The medium wall designation provides good strength without excessive weight for most light structural and gate frame applications. Tips: 32NB (42mm OD, medium wall) is a lighter tube used for gate frames, secondary stays, and lighter structural applications. For main gate strainer posts or high-tension fence applications, heavier wall or larger NB pipe is required. At 7.2m length, confirm you have appropriate transport before ordering.
