Feeding recommendations

Breeding pigeons: Laucke recommends feeding Pigeon Race & Breed MP ad libitum, allowing breeding birds free access to the feed.

Racing pigeons: some restriction may be appropriate to maintain the desired body weight and condition, depending on the bird and its racing program.

If pigeons have never been fed pellets before, Laucke advises allowing several days for them to become accustomed to the different texture. Clean, fresh water should always be available.
