Designed for non-crop and vegetation management such as rights-of-way, pastures, industrial sites, and conservation land.

Active Ingredient & Chemistry:
Aminocyclopyrachlor 240g/L (potassium salt)
Formulation: Soluble concentrate (SL)

Mode of Action:
Auxin-mimic herbicide. Absorbed by foliage and roots, translocates to growing parts causing stunting, twisting, necrosis, and death.

Features & Benefits:
• Broad spectrum control of broadleaf weeds, brush, vines, and woody invasive plants
• Systemic activity for thorough control
• Flexible application methods: foliar spray, individual plant treatment, basal bark, cut stump, trunk injection
• Rainfast in approximately 1hour
• Supports land restoration in rangelands and conservation areas

Use & Application:
• Target sites: Non-cropped and non-grazed areas (pastoral land, roadsides, industrial sites, conservation land, rail corridors)
• Application rates:
o Broadcast spray: 500mL–1.3L/ha
o Individual plant treatment (foliar): 200–500mL per 100L water
o Basal bark/cut stump: 5–10L per 100L basal oil or water with 10% methylated seed oil
o Trunk injection: 0.5mL per cut
• Ensure thorough coverage; adjuvants like methylated seed oil may improve uptake

Weeds Controlled:
Effective against a wide range of broadleaf weeds, brush, and woody plants.

Safety & Hazards:
• Not classified as a hazardous substance requiring specific GHS labeling
• Contains propylene glycol (<10%) and potassium hydroxide (5–10%)
• Use appropriate PPE and avoid skin/eye contact

Mixing & Application Instructions:
• Shake or agitate concentrate before use
• Add to partially filled tank with agitation, then top up
• Maintain agitation until spraying is complete
• Do not leave spray mixture overnight; flush equipment after use

Environmental & Crop Safety Notes:
• Non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-volatile
• May injure desirable plants if drift occurs; avoid non-target exposure
• Observe setback distances and crop safety instructions
• Do not plant crops on treated sites until label-specified period or bioassay confirms safety

Stewardship & Training:
• May require completion of stewardship training before purchase/use

Regulatory:
• Low toxicity to mammals and birds at expected exposure levels

APVMA Reg. No: 90496

Grazing: nil. Export slaughter interval: 12 days.

Always read the current registered product label before use. Withholding periods must be observed before slaughter, milking, or egg collection. The label supplied with the product is the legal document and takes precedence. If in doubt, contact TGRM on (07) 5482 1692 or the manufacturer directly.

Host: Non-crop areas – pastoral grazing land, native conservation areas, rights-of-way, roadsides, rail corridors, industrial sites and bare-ground situations. Target: Woody weeds and trees (eucalyptus regrowth, lantana, acacia species, prickly acacia, mesquite, blackberry, gorse, African olive, green cestrum) and broadleaf herbaceous weeds as listed on the label

Method 240 SL is a Group 4 herbicide for woody and herbaceous weeds in non-crop situations (pastoral grazing land, rights-of-way, industrial sites, conservation and bare-ground areas). Shake the concentrate, add to a partly filled tank with agitation and top up; do not leave spray mixture overnight. Label application methods and rates: foliar spot spray 200–500 mL per 100 L of water by handgun or backpack, wetting foliage thoroughly; basal bark, cut-stump and stem treatments 5–10 L per 100 L of basal oil adjuvant (stems under 15 cm diameter for basal bark); trunk injection 0.5 mL undiluted per cut with one cut per 5 cm of trunk diameter; broadcast 500 mL–1.3 L/ha in 100–400 L/ha of water. Apply to actively growing weeds; rainfast in about 1 hour. Do not apply by aircraft, apply only in winds of 3–20 km/h, not during surface temperature inversions, and observe the mandatory downwind buffer zones on the label. Grazing withholding nil (export slaughter interval 12 days); do not plant food, feed or fibre crops on treated sites for at least one year. Refer to the registered label for weed-specific rates.

Always read the current registered product label before use. Dose rates and withholding periods on this page are provided as a guide only. The registered label supplied with the product is the legal document and takes precedence. If in doubt, contact TGRM on (07) 5482 1692 or the manufacturer directly.

Aminocyclopyrachlor is mobile in soil – do not apply within the root zone of desirable trees (root zones may extend well beyond the canopy; the label specifies a set-back of 2.5 times the canopy dripline width of adjacent desirable vegetation). Do not use treated plant material as mulch or compost, and observe the label's manure restrictions for animals grazed on treated areas. Keep spray drift away from susceptible broadleaf crops and gardens.
