Unroll the mesh and lay it out along your fence line, then secure the bottom to droppers or posts using fencing staples or clips every 30-40cm, working from one end to the other. Pull the mesh taut as you go — it should be firm but not over-tensioned, which can snap the wires or distort the knots. Once the bottom is secured, work your way up the fence, keeping the mesh straight and aligned with your posts before securing the top. Tips: Always install this mesh in cooler weather if you can; hot days make the wire expand and you'll end up with slack fence once it cools. Check your posts are sturdy and properly spaced before you start — poor post work will show up quickly in a woven mesh fence, especially with cattle. Keep tension even across the full height; if you over-tension the top and under-tension the bottom, you'll get sagging and the mesh will work loose faster.
