The MAXLOC GALMAX HORSE FENCE 10/90/5 50M is a high-quality horse-specific woven wire fence designed to provide a safe, durable, and long-lasting barrier for horses and other livestock. Manufactured by Austral Wire Products under the GalMAX Max Loc range, it is engineered for superior performance in rural and equestrian applications. The fence mesh design prevents horses from stepping through or getting injured due to its small aperture spacing and smooth knot construction.

Features
• Smooth Knot Design: Max Loc construction features smooth knots on both sides of the fence, reducing sharp edges that can injure animals.
• Horse-Safe Mesh Aperture: Mesh spacing is designed with 10 horizontal wires and 5 cm vertical picket spacing, making it safer for horses.
• GalMAX Coating: Heavily galvanised finish for excellent corrosion and rust resistance, suited to outdoor and long-term use.
• Durable High-Tensile Wire: Made from 2.50 mm high tensile heavily galvanised wire, providing strength and flexibility.
• Manufactured in Australia: Produced to high-quality standards with attention to longevity and performance.

Unroll the fencing on level ground and check for any damage before installation. Secure one end to your starting post with a tension device, then work along the line, attaching to each post with clips or staples spaced evenly—tighter spacing on hinge joint means better flex and recovery. Once the run is fully attached, apply tension gradually and evenly from the other end until the mesh sits firm and vertical, then lock off the tension device. For a 50m roll, plan on posts every 1.5–2m depending on ground contour and stock pressure. Tips: Don't over-tension hinge joint fencing—it needs room to flex when stock leans on it, which is what keeps the knots from failing. On uneven ground, lay the fencing out a day ahead so it settles, and always tension on a cool morning or evening when the mesh isn't expanded by heat. Keep tension consistent along the run; a slack section will sag and give stock a weak point to test.
