Kiltix Tick Collar for Dogs (APVMA 51952) contains 100 g/kg propoxur and 22.5 g/kg flumethrin.

Precautions (from the label)
Contraindicated for use on sick or convalescing dogs or on puppies less than 3 months old.
Contraindicated for use with any other anticholinesterase pesticide on the dog while the collar is worn.
Do not allow pets to chew on the collar. Do not allow children to play with collar.
In paralysis tick areas daily searching of dogs and removal of any ticks found is recommended.

Can I use it on a puppy?
No - the label states it is contraindicated for puppies less than 3 months old, and for sick or convalescing dogs.
How do I fit the collar?
Unroll the collar, place it around the dog's neck and pull the free end through the clasp, leaving space enough for two fingers under the collar. For smaller dogs cut the extra collar off and dispose of the cut off end wrapped in paper. The collar should be worn continuously.
Can my dog swim with the collar on?
The collar resists the effect of water, but the label recommends removing it during bathing. Constant swimming and bathing will remove insecticide from the coat and may cause diminished flea and tick control.
