Feeding guide:

Suitable for all breeds of Layer hens over the age of 17 weeks.
Make sure clean water is always available.
In addition to the mash, your hens will also benefit from access to pastures.

Feed JENCO Fine Layer Mash 18% as the primary layer feed to laying hens at a rate of approximately 110-130g per bird per day, adjusted based on bird age, production stage, and environmental conditions. Provide fresh, clean water at all times alongside the feed. Introduce any feed changes gradually over 7-10 days to avoid digestive upset. Store unused portions in a cool, dry location and use within 8 weeks of opening for optimal nutritional value. Tips: For best results in the Gympie region's warm climate, feed during cooler parts of the day (early morning and late afternoon) to maintain feed intake during summer months. Monitor your flock's body condition and egg production weekly, adjusting feed quantities if needed. Consider supplementing with oyster shell or limestone if birds show signs of thin-shelled eggs.
