EQUIMEC Triple Broadspectrum Antiparasitic Liquid for Horses. 200 mg/mL oxibendazole, 50 mg/mL praziquantel, 4 mg/mL ivermectin. Signal heading: CAUTION (Schedule 5). For animal treatment only.
The label says: "For the treatment and control of susceptible roundworms (including benzimidazole-resistant small strongyles, ivermectin-resistant Parascaris equorum and the arterial larval stages of Strongylus vulgaris), lungworms, tapeworms, bots and skin lesions (summer sores) caused by cutaneous larvae of Habronema spp."
Parasites controlled at 1 mL/20 kg: Tapeworms: Anoplocephala perfoliata, Anoplocephala magna, Paranoplocephala mammillana (adult and immature, heads and segments). Large strongyles: Strongylus vulgaris (adults and arterial larval stages), Strongylus edentatus (adults and tissue stages), Strongylus equinus (adults) and Triodontophorus spp. (adults). Small strongyles: including benzimidazole resistant strains of Cyathostomum spp., Cylicocyclus spp., Cylicostephanus spp., Cylicodontophorus spp., Gyalocephalus spp. Pinworms: Oxyuris equi (adult and immature). Ascarids: including ivermectin resistant strains of Parascaris equorum (adult and immature). Hairworms: Trichostrongylus axei (adult). Large mouth stomach worms: Habronema muscae (adult). Bots: Gasterophilus spp. (oral and gastric stages). Lungworms: Dictyocaulus arnfieldi (adult and immature). Intestinal threadworms: Strongyloides westeri (adult).
EQUIMEC Triple is also effective for the control of skin lesions caused by Habronema and Draschia spp. cutaneous larvae (summer sores), and Onchocerca spp. microfilariae (cutaneous onchocerciasis).
Dose: 1 mL per 20 kg bodyweight, given orally (delivers 0.2 mg/kg ivermectin, 10 mg/kg oxibendazole and 2.5 mg/kg praziquantel). Shake well before use. Deposit on the rear of the tongue with standard drenching equipment and raise the horse's head for a few seconds. Do not underdose.
Parasite control program: Foals should be treated initially at 6 to 8 weeks of age, and routine treatment repeated as appropriate. It may be used in horses of all ages; mares may be treated at any stage of pregnancy; stallions may be treated without adversely affecting their fertility.

Safety directions: Harmful if swallowed. Will irritate the eyes. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. When opening the container and preparing the product for use wear elbow length chemical resistant gloves and goggles or safety glasses. When using the product, wear elbow length chemical resistant gloves. If product on skin, immediately wash area with soap and water. If product in eyes, wash it out immediately with water. After each day's use wash gloves and goggles or safety glasses. Do not allow children to play with product or used containers. Can be fatal to children if sucked or swallowed.

What does Equimec Triple control?
Tapeworms (Anoplocephala perfoliata, A. magna, Paranoplocephala mammillana), large and small strongyles (including benzimidazole resistant small strongyles), pinworms, ascarids (including ivermectin resistant Parascaris equorum), hairworms, large mouth stomach worms (Habronema muscae), bots, lungworms and intestinal threadworms. It also controls summer sores caused by Habronema and Draschia larvae and cutaneous onchocerciasis caused by Onchocerca microfilariae.
What is the dose?
1 mL per 20 kg bodyweight given orally. Shake well before use, deposit the dose on the rear of the tongue and raise the horse's head for a few seconds to make sure it is swallowed. Do not underdose. A 300 mL pack gives 20 doses for a 300 kg horse or 10 doses for a 600 kg horse.
When should foals be wormed?
