Hoggone meSN Feral Pig Bait Box
It is a regulatory requirement that Hoggone meSN Feral Pig Bait is deployed in the Hog Bait Box.
ACTA has developed the Hoggone Bait Box (patent pending), designed to allow feral pigs access to bait while limiting non-target species access.
The Hoggone Bait Box includes pre-set lid open training configurations and an optional magnetic closure to achieve even higher non-target resistance.
It is light, yet strong and has integrated positions for ground stakes and carry handles so two boxes can be carried easily by a single person.
Bait Boxes incorporate a bait retention system that limits the risk of aggressive pigs removing trays of baits from the box.
They are reusable but we recommend cleaning old bait out before re-use.
The Hoggone Bait Box is a reusable delivery device required for deploying Hoggone meSN Feral Pig Bait (sold separately; APVMA 85028). Set the box in areas of active feral pig activity, stake it to the ground using the integrated stake positions, and use the pre-set lid-open training configurations to free-feed pigs on non-toxic bait until they are confidently opening the lid; then load the toxic bait trays and, if required, fit the optional magnetic closure for higher non-target resistance. The bait-retention system limits aggressive pigs removing trays. Clean out old bait before re-use. All bait handling, placement, signage and carcass-management requirements are governed by the Hoggone meSN bait label and your state's regulations.
