Twin, triple and quadruple cell headwalls are also available for additional pipes.

Install the headwall onto the 450mm Black Max pipe by sliding it over the pipe end and securing with the full apron flange. Ensure the pipe is clean and dry before installation to prevent debris interference. Tighten all bolts evenly in a cross pattern to create an even seal against the pipe. Position the headwall with the apron facing outward to protect the pipe entry point and prevent sediment ingress. Tips: Apply a thin layer of PTFE tape or plumber's sealant to threaded connections to improve the seal and prevent leaks. Regularly inspect the headwall and apron for cracks or corrosion, especially in high-UV areas, as rural poly fittings can degrade over time in direct sunlight. Ensure the installation site has adequate support and bracing, as unsecured headwalls can shift under water pressure or ground movement.
