HAIFA CLOVER PER KG COATED RVD

Haifa is a perennial white clover (Trifolium repens) used mainly in pasture systems. It is a productive, winter-active clover with good stolon density and is particularly suited to higher-rainfall areas and irrigated pastures. Recommended planting rates

• Pasture mix: about 1–4 kg/ha, depending on the companion grass and local conditions. HHaifa Group

Best planting time

For southeast Queensland, Haifa can generally be sown:

• Autumn: March–May

• Prepare a fine, firm seedbed with good seed-to-soil contact.
• Do not sow deeply. White clover seed is very small; approximately 5–10 mm is generally sufficient, with some Australian guidance recommending no more than about 15 mm. IIH Seeds Pty Ltd+1
• Sow into moist soil and avoid establishment during drying conditions.
• Use the appropriate Group B Rhizobium inoculant to support nitrogen fixation. SSynergy Seeds
