Genfarm Fluroxypyr 400 Herbicide is a Group I herbicide for the control of a wide range of broadleaf weeds in fallow, lucerne, maize, millets, pastures, poppies, sorghum, sugar cane, sweet corn and winter cereals. Also for the control of woody weeds in agricultural non-crop areas, commercial and industrial areas, forests, pastures and rights-of-way.
Application methods:
- Boom spray in crops, pastures and fallow
- Woody weeds: high volume, low volume/high concentrate, and basal bark and cut stump application (diluted with diesel)
Grasses are normally unaffected by fluroxypyr and establish quickly after treatment. Transitory damage can occur on some species, particularly those that spread by stolons such as kikuyu grass and carpet grass.

Can I use it on grass pastures?
Yes, it is registered for established grass pastures. Grasses are normally unaffected and establish quickly after treatment, though transitory damage can occur on species that spread by stolons such as kikuyu grass and carpet grass.
How is it applied on woody weeds?
By high volume application (diluted with water, thorough coverage to the point of runoff), low volume/high concentrate application (50 mL shots to cover 4 to 5 m2), or basal bark and cut stump application (diluted with diesel).
