Laucke Mills Gamebird Breeder is a premium-quality, high-protein 22% layer and breeder feed formulated for birds that are at, or approaching, their breeding and egg-laying stage. It is particularly suited to Japanese quail and other gamebirds, as well as laying hens, ducks, geese and turkeys.

22% minimum protein — supports breeding birds, egg production and maintenance of good body condition.

• High linoleic acid — minimum 1.7% — linoleic acid is an omega-6 fatty acid important for helping maximise egg size.
• High calcium — minimum 4.2% — provides the substantial calcium requirement of laying and breeding birds, including for eggshell formation.
• Breeder vitamin and mineral premix — formulated to support fertility, hatchability and strong, healthy chicks.
• 5% minimum fat — provides a concentrated source of dietary energy.

Ingredients

Gamebird Breeder is formulated from a selection of:

Grains and protein ingredients: wheat, triticale, barley, oats, peas, lupins, lentils, beans, soyabean, canola and sunflower and products derived from these ingredients.

Animal and mineral ingredients: meatmeal, blood meal, fat, limestone, di-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, salt and bentonite.

Amino acids and other additives: lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, valine, antioxidant, natural egg-yolk pigments and enzymes.

Vitamins and minerals

The feed contains vitamins A, D3, E, K and B-group vitamins, including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenate, pyridoxine, biotin, folic acid and B12, plus choline.

Minerals include calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, chloride, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium and zinc.

Feed Gamebird Breeder ad lib from point of lay.

"Ad lib" means the birds have continuous access to the feed and can eat according to their requirements.

Clean, fresh water should be available at all times.
