The Philmac EasyPHIL compact high performance float valve that suits small to medium tanks and troughs up to 600 litres.

Designed to handle high inlet pressure up to 1,500 kPa with 3 lever lengths to suit compact trough and tank chambers (125mm, 200mm, 250mm).

These plastic valves with brass float arms, can be used to automatically fill troughs, tanks and ponds. Just attach the plastic float ball to the end.

Connect the float valve's 1/2" BSP inlet to your water supply line and mount it in the trough or tank so the arm and float ball rise and fall freely without catching on the walls. The EasyPHIL is designed to handle inlet pressures up to 1,500 kPa, so no pressure regulator is required for normal rural or mains supply. Choose the lever length (125 mm, 200 mm or 250 mm) to suit the chamber, and screw the plastic float ball onto the end of the arm. Turn on the water and set the arm so the valve shuts off at the level you want; it will re-open automatically as stock draw the level down. Suits small to medium tanks and troughs up to 600 litres. Tips: Mount the valve above the water line where it is easy to inspect. On dam- or bore-fed systems, fit an upstream strainer to keep debris off the valve seat. Bend or reposition the arm rather than forcing the valve if the shut-off level needs adjusting.
