FLOAT VALVE 1/2" 125MM LEVER ARM EASY PHIL PHILMAC 90300400 at a glance

The Philmac EasyPHIL compact high performance float valve that suits small to medium tanks and troughs up to 600 litres.

Designed to handle high inlet pressure up to 1,500 kPa with 3 lever lengths to suit compact trough and tank chambers (125mm, 200mm, 250mm).

These plastic valves with brass float arms, can be used to automatically fill troughs, tanks and ponds. Just attach the plastic float ball to the end.

Install the float valve into your trough or poly tank inlet, ensuring the 1/2" connection matches your water supply line. Adjust the lever arm so the ball float rises and falls freely without catching on the trough walls or edges. Turn on your water supply and check that the valve closes when the trough reaches your desired level, then opens again as water is consumed. Test the system under normal stock pressure (100-350kPa) to confirm it's holding level properly. Tips: Mount the valve on the side of the trough at mid-height for best float operation and easier inspection. If you're running a dam-fed system, fit a strainer basket upstream to reduce debris fouling the valve seat. Check your supply pressure with a gauge — if it's below 100kPa or above 350kPa, you may need a pressure regulator to keep this valve working smoothly.
