Downee Fixed Tee 40NB x 40NB Galvanised

Use this galvanised fixed tee to join 40NB (40mm nominal bore) pipe into a tee where a rail or run branches off - for example building cattle yards, gates, fence stays or structural pipe frames. Slide the tee onto the three 40NB pipe ends and secure each socket with the grub/set screws, tightening evenly with the correct spanner or key until each pipe is held firm. Check that all three pipe ends are cut square and fully seated in the sockets before final tightening, and that the assembly sits square. Do not overtighten, as this can strip the thread on the set screws. Tips: Confirm your pipe is genuine 40NB before ordering fittings - size mismatches are the most common problem on site. A fixed tee gives a rigid, set-angle joint for permanent yard and fence structures. Keep a few spare tees and set screws on hand so you can reconfigure or repair yard and fence layouts quickly.
