FENCING MAXLOC FIELD FENCE 2.5MM 8/90/15 100M ANGAS AWP 100735 at a glance

Angas Max-Loc Field Fencing offers the following features:

Smooth knot both sides.

No sharp edges to cause injury to animals

Knot design resists slipping along either picket or line wires

All wires 2.50mm Standard Galvanised High Tensile

100 meters in length

Manufactured in Australia

Stretch the fencing between posts spaced 4 to 7 metres apart, using strainers or a come-along at each end to maintain even tension across the full run. Secure to posts with fencing staples driven at an angle, leaving enough give for the wire to move slightly in wind. Check tension every few months during the first season and retension if needed, as new fencing settles. Tips: Install this fence at least 150mm clear of the ground to stop small stock from crawling underneath — measure it regularly on uneven terrain. Keep tension consistent along the full run rather than over-tensioning short sections, as uneven strain causes premature sagging and gives stock leverage to push through.

Common Questions

What makes Max-Loc Field Fencing different from standard fencing?

The Max-Loc design has a smooth knot on both sides with no sharp edges, which means it won't cause injury to animals. The knot is also designed to resist slipping along the picket or line wires, so it stays put once installed.

What wire gauge and material is this fencing made from?

All wires are 2.50mm Standard Galvanised High Tensile, which gives you durability and corrosion resistance.

How much fencing is in a roll?

Each roll is 100 meters in length. The fencing is manufactured in Australia.
