It's a covered mineral feeder with a 400-litre capacity, designed for feeding out mineral-based supplements to livestock. The large roof protects the feed from weather, and the double-skin trough keeps contents secure and accessible.
How much space do I need under the lid for animals to feed?
There's 1400mm of clearance beneath the lid, which gives stock good access to the trough while the roof keeps rain and weather off the feed.
Is the feeder durable for outdoor use?
Yes. It's made from UV stabilised polyethylene, so it'll hold up well to sun and weather. The trough base has anti-skid ribs to keep it stable, and the large roof is designed to protect the feed from the elements.
How easy is it to fill?
The lid swings away over the trough, so you can fill it easily without having to remove the whole roof. The 2000mm lid diameter gives you plenty of access space.
