Active Ingredient: 900g/kg Diuron

Chemical Schedule: S6

APVMA Reg. No: 60286

Host: Wheat/barley/triticale/cereal rye/oats, cotton, pulses, lucerne, lupins, sugarcane, bananas, asparagus, summer fallows, irrigation channels/drains and bore drains (per the registered label). Target: listed annual grass and broadleaf weeds, situation-specific per the label DFU.
Genfarm Diuron 900WG (900 g/kg diuron) is a Group 5 (photosystem II inhibitor) residual herbicide, applied mainly pre-emergence to moist soil for control of listed weeds in a defined set of situations: wheat, barley, triticale, cereal rye and oats; cotton; pulses (chickpeas, faba beans, lentils, narbon beans, field peas, vetch); lucerne; lupins; sugarcane; bananas; asparagus; summer fallows; irrigation channels and drains; and bore drains. Rates vary materially by situation and crop growth stage - for example wheat about 500 g/ha post-sowing pre-emergence, cotton 1-2 kg/ha, asparagus 1.5-1.9 kg/ha - so there is no single blanket rate. Refer to the registered Directions for Use table for the exact rate, timing and restraints for your situation. Always read the current registered label before use.

Always read the current registered product label before use. Dose rates and withholding periods on this page are provided as a guide only. The registered label supplied with the product is the legal document and takes precedence. If in doubt, contact TGRM on (07) 5482 1692 or the manufacturer directly.

Apply to young, actively growing weeds for best control as diuron is a residual herbicide with slower action than contact types. Rotate with alternative herbicide modes of action to manage resistance in weed populations, particularly important for long-season crops in Australian farming regions.
