Dawn Liquid Acid Dairy Detergent 20L — a low foaming detergent for milkstone removal in milking plants.
A liquid acid based dairy detergent for use every morning for milkstone removal. It is to be used in conjunction with a liquid alkali dairy detergent to form the dawn/dusk cleaning system.
Active constituents: 600 g/L phosphoric acid; 12.5 g/L dodicin.
Rate: standard solution 20 mL per 10 L of hot water (85–95 °C). Use after morning milking.
