Directions of Use:

Pre-Rinse system thoroughly with clear water at 40 to 45°C. Do not recirculate. Drain until clear.

Wash Cycle:
Use Ultra-Acid in hot water (85°C). At 15 millilitres / 10 litres.  Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups. If circulating do not allow wash solution to drop below 60°C

Final Rinse:
Rinse plant with hot water (85°C). Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups

Circulate DASCO ULTRA ACID through your milking system as the acid wash step in your daily CIP (clean-in-place) program, diluted to the rate on the product label in warm water. Follow the standard acid-wash sequence: pre-rinse with cold water, circulate alkaline wash, rinse, circulate acid, final rinse. This 110 litre drum suits large dairy operations running high-frequency CIP programs. Tips: Acid wash removes milkstone and mineral deposits that alkaline detergents leave behind. A weekly or twice-weekly acid cycle is standard practice in most dairy CIP programs. Never mix acid and alkaline chemicals — use them in sequence with a rinse between. Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, apron) when handling concentrate.
