Dasco Rev-Wash is a heavy duty liquid alkali detergent for milking machines – evening alkali cleaning. Lo Foaming.
Active constituent: 403 g/L Sodium Hydroxide
Directions – milking machines, evening alkali cleaning:
- After milking, rinse plant using Alka Rinse as per its label directions with cold water (20–30°C); use 10 litres per unit.
- Use Rev-Wash at the rate of 40 mL per 10 litres of hot water (60°C). Use a minimum of 10 litres per set of cups.
- Use a rinse of very hot water (80°C) to complete the cleaning program.
Safety: Corrosive. May produce severe burns. Wear elbow-length PVC gloves and a face shield or goggles. Poison – keep out of reach of children. Read the safety directions before opening or using.
Dangerous to fish. Do not contaminate streams, rivers, or waterways with the chemical or used containers.
