Dairy Power Defender is a low foam high acid based sanitiser. It contains no iodine and can be used in hot or cold water.

What is Dairy Power Defender?
Defender is a low foam high acid based sanitiser. It contains no iodine and can be used in hot or cold water, and is suitable for use in most automatic vat and line wash systems.
How is it used in the milking plant?
Sanitise before or after milking when the plant has been washed and rinsed well. Use Defender in hot or cold water for 2 to 3 minutes.
What rate is used for milk vat auto wash?
Add sufficient sanitiser to the reservoir to suit the water volume to be circulated, at 30 mL per 10 L.
What safety precautions apply?
The product is corrosive and attacks eyes, nose, throat and skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing and do not inhale vapour or spray mist. Read the safety directions on the label before opening or using.
